I am just informing you of the gastric band therapy you did for me under hypnosis 1 year ago. I lost the 4 stone which was my aim. I still eat small portions of food and dont even think of the way I used to eat anymore. I tried every conceivable diet plan under thu sun and failed over and over going down in weight then back up but, the gastric band therapy as been fab.
